  • Cycle | Sculpt (In Studio)

    Ride. Strengthen. Sweat. This class exclusively combines rhythm-based indoor cycling with strength-focused mat work using light dumbbells (up to 3 lbs). You’ll flow between the bike and the mat for a balanced workout that boosts endurance, builds muscle, and keeps your heart rate high. Perfect for those who want it all in one class.

  • Cycle | Stretch (In Studio)

    Ride strong, stretch deep. This feel-good class combines the energy of indoor cycling with purposeful, functional stretching. Designed to support both performance and recovery, Cycle | Stretch helps increase circulation, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling grounded, mobile, and refreshed—inside and out.

  • Saturday Power Hour (In Studio)

    One hour. One epic workout. A new theme every week. Our 60-minute Power Hour session delivers high-energy training, HIIT intervals, and instructor-curated vibes that change weekly. Come ready to push your limits, boost your endurance, and leave on a serious endorphin high.

  • Pilates

    This modern mat practice focuses on core stability, mobility and alignment while building strength and endurance in a safe, supportive way. Through intentional breathwork and thoughtfully sequenced movements, you’ll release tension, support the spine and move with greater control and confidence.

  • Slow Flow

    Slow Flow is a thoughtfully paced, all-levels yoga practice designed to invite you to move with intention and ease. This class emphasizes longer holds, mindful transitions, and a deeper connection to breath, creating space for release both physically and mentally. Begins May 25th.

  • Find Your Flow

    Our signature yoga class, Find Your Flow is an hour of mindful movement designed for all levels, pairing breath with movement to strengthen both body and mind. Thoughtful sequences and adaptable variations meet you exactly where you are, helping you build confidence, release tension, and connect with your inner fire.

  • Foundations

    If you're new to the practice of yoga, healing from an injury, or if it's simply been a while since you've stepped on your mat, then our Foundations class is the perfect place to begin.

    This class is all about getting back to basics to develop a safe, sustainable practice that feels good in your body - giving you a sense of confidence in your true ability which we hope transfers into your life off the mat. Begins May 24th.

  • Yin

    Slow down and unwind with our live online Yin offering, designed to release tension, promote down-regulation, and cultivate calm. Through longer held poses and mindful breathing, you’ll create space in the body, restore balance, and carry a sense of stillness beyond your mat.

  • Barre

    A dynamic, all-levels workout that combines elements of ballet, pilates & strength training into a class that is designed to challenge both body & mind while having a ton of fun through the process. You don’t need a barre at home, a chair or counter work just as well.

    Paired with energizing playlists, barre is a low-impact, full body workout. Expect to focus on toning, strengthening, lengthening & stretching for an embodied experience on the mat, beginning May 22nd.

  • The Method

    A thoughtfully designed blend of Yoga and Pilates that brings together strength, stability, and flow through continuous breath-led movement every Saturday morning, beginning May 23rd.

    This is where grounding meets momentum. Each class emphasizes intentional sequencing, core engagement, and fluid transitions that keep you connected from the inside out. Expect a balanced experience that leaves you feeling strong, centred, and fully back in your body.

  • Sunday Sanctuary

    A monthly 75-minute mat class designed to help you reconnect through mindful movement, breath, and awareness. Begin with gentle, nourishing movement before easing into Yoga Nidra, a practice that promotes a deeper release & nervous system restoration.
