Studio Policies

In order to maintain health & happiness amongst our studio and its members, we have a few policies outlines below we encourage you to familiarize yourself with before attending

Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Passes do not activate until first attendance, rather than date of purchase to allow attendees to enjoy the pass to its fullest extent

Auto-Renew All Access members: please refer to your section below with more information exclusively for your pass

If you’ve made an error while purchasing your pass, please send us an email as soon as possible

Passes

Please be mindful of our 8-hour cancellation policy. Classes cancelled more than 8 hours before class start time yield no penalty, however classes cancelled within 8 hours will result in either a loss of pass (Drop In, 10 Class Passes) or will forfeit a day on the pass (Two Week Into, Unlimited, All Access Passes). Attendees can and are encouraged to remove themselves from class at their earliest convenience to avoid the penalty. If an attendee does not show up for class they are considered a “no show” and will have the same policy applied

Continued late cancellation/no showing to class (five or more in one month) will result in a $20 late cancellation charge per class and an inability to attend until the charge has been paid

Class Cancellation Policy

Waitlist

Our waitlist operates on a first come, first serve basis. When a spot opens up in class an e-mail is sent out to everyone waitlisted and the first person to sign up gets the space. Although our classes fill quickly, the waitlist does move too so we recommend adding yourself to it and keeping your e-mail notifications from us set to ‘on’ to be the first to scoop up those spots as they become available. If you are waitlisted and do not get into class, your pass will be added back to your account for you to enjoy at a later date

Late Arrivals

To minimize disruptions in class and to maintain everyone’s safety & best interest in mind, we do not permit late arrivals. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts, and if you’re new to the studio we kindly ask you arrive 15 minutes early to familiarize yourself with our space and give yourself time to set up on your bike or mat. In order to respect the time our members choose to invest with us, our front doors lock two minutes before class so we can begin and end class on time. If you are late/locked out you will be considered a “no show” and our Cancellation Policy will be applied

What To Bring

Mat: Bring your yoga mat, water, and and props you like to have with you for practice - although we have a variety for you to enjoy as well

Cycle: Indoor shoes only. At this time, we do not offer shoe rentals at the studio. Our bikes are compatible with SPD clips and also can accommodate running shoes. A water bottle is a must, and we have water at the studio for you to purchase in case you forget yours. We also highly recommend a hand towel for those inevitably sweaty moments on the bike

Cell Phone Use

We love seeing your stories on social media, but we ask you keep your device in your bag and set to “do not disturb” in order to respect the people around you and our space. If you do need to take a call, we ask you kindly remove yourself from studio to do so

Continued cell phone use during class will result in pass restriction/ability to book
