Moving to Hinton in October of 2022 with her family - her husband, daughter, two dogs and cat, Taylor and her crew are big nature lovers and you can often find her hiking, camping, exploring with her dogs or working in her yard

She is a nurse by trade but has been passionate about fitness for as long as she can remember, playing most sports and further focusing on exercise more intensely in high school. Taylor’s purpose and focus of exercise has change over the years and she is excited to bring this to the wonderful space that Sarah has created. Taylor has really enjoyed exploring the area and enjoyed immersing herself further into the community with Ascend

At Ascend, we have a team of movement & mindfulness experts to help expand your practice

In her time outside of the studio, Brandi can be found hiking or paddle boarding in the summer, or curled up with a good book in the winter. She is a mama to three incredible kiddos and two pups. If you know Brandi, you know her passion for the ability to get to move her body. She is excitedly in this chapter of her story and stoked to be a part of the amazing crew at Ascend
