With the busyness of our lives, especially as athletes — rest & recovery are rapidly becoming more utilized into athlete’s routines as we realize the need for a balanced lifestyle to maintain optimal health and to aide in injury prevention. For athletes & teams looking to incorporate sport-specific mindful movement into their training regimes, we offer sessions that are functional for athletes to help maintain a balance between strength + flexibility, as well as help to develop mental resiliency through various breathing and movement practices.
