Find Your Flow
Designed to offer something for everyone, Find Your Flow comes together as a collective for an hour of celebrating mindful exploration. Pairing movement with breath, in this class we’ll learn to strengthen both body + mind by nourishing the connection we cultivate within ourselves rather than focusing on the shape of the pose. Although this class is all levels, if you’re new to the practice then we do encourage you to check out our Foundations sessions. Not to worry however, we’ll meet you where you’re at with variations curated to leaving you feeling strong in your ability to find your flow.
Pilates
Pilates is a modern practice utilizing a progressive method to offer a comprehensive mat class that focuses on strength, flexibility + endurance without risking injury. Focusing mainly on core stability to help you build a healthy relationship with your midsection, Pilates also includes pelvic & shoulder stabilization while working within neural alignment. Along with mindful breathing techniques, safe and strong sequences help restore the natural curves of the spine, relieve tension and enhance self-confidence.
Express MVMT
Ascend’s exclusive blend of yoga, pilates and cardio moves – Express MVMT is a 45-minute workout guaranteed to leave you feeling more empowered throughout the rest of your day. Suitable for all abilities, this class marries movement & breath together in accompaniment with upbeat music to strengthen both body + mind while having a ton of fun in the process. Expect to sweat, shake & smile your way into a stronger state of being with this one.
Hippy Hour
Hips - the “junk drawers” of our bodies as we refer to in studio - often need more TLC than we give them, especially with how much stuff they carry. Hippy Hour is designed to nourish tired, achey hips by stretching, strengthening & supporting recovery through the tissues we often overwork and undervalue. Suitable for all levels, experience a blend of yoga, self-myofascial release, strengthening and stability to help open up your hips for a happier, healthier feeling you can take with you off the mat. Foundations
If you’re new to the practice of yoga, healing from an injury, or if it’s simply been a while since you’ve stepped onto your mat then our Foundations class is the perfect place to begin. This class is all about getting back to basics to develop a safe, sustainable practice that feels good in your body — giving you a sense of confidence in your true ability which we hope transfers into your everyday life.

Yin
Dissolve into stillness while exploring deeper recesses in both mind and body. Guided instruction with gentle modifications make Yin the perfect practice to balance out the busyness of everyday life. The slower pace paired with breath truly offers an opportunity to create space that you can take with you off the mat.
Sunday Sanctuary
Join us the first Sunday of every month with a class designed for you to reconnect to your inner world through exploration of the body with mindful movement, awareness, and breath. Beginning with gentle movements to promote circulation throughout the body, eventually we slip into stillness with Yoga Nidra to give the nervous system an opportunity to unravel & relax. Guided relaxation techniques are woven throughout class to help leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready for the week ahead. Suitable for all levels - socks, sweaters, and any props you may have to help find comfort are encouraged.
TuneUp Session
Using self-myofascial release techniques with the help of therapy balls, our monthly TuneUp Session falls on the third Sunday of each month and focuses on finding + releasing your body's "blind spots" – areas that have become weakened due to overuse, underuse or misuse and are now prone to pain and/or injury. The perfect practice to weave into your routine to help with injury prevention and overall well-being.
