YOU get to be the DJ in this ride. Enjoy curating the playlist we cycle to with a different theme emailed weekly, pre-registration is required to submit requests

Recovery Rides
Whether you’re newer to the bike, working through an injury, or enjoying a day off from training - our Recovery Rides offer a space for you to nourish your body with a lower-intensity, yet just as fun option. Perfect to weave into your weekly routine
